Way to Fitness Again!
I am so going to get a pair of earphones that works better than my current iPhone default earphones. It keeps slipping out during the run.
My run today covers the way to 883 Woodlands North Plaza, and I realised that walking from the Plaza to my new place is only 5 mins walk. Good.
The Fu Shan Garden is also quite a nice quiet place for exercises and play.
I discovered Blk 871 has a CoutoursExpress outlet. 3 time Trial for S$19/-.
Ran / Walk from 8:09am to 8:53am. With about 10 mins consultation @ ContourExpress. Quite a good workout of about 34 mins. :)
I will be running again on Wednesday!

March break & Doc's visit
Baby Ashley weighs around 1.7kg now ... hehe ... at 30w 5d. So excited that I will be carrying her in my arms in less than 1.5 months time! Was reading the motherhood forum, and so many moms are taking DHA supplements (neurogain) to boost baby's brain power. So I asked Dr Han if that was necessary, and he told me that as long as I eat fish in my normal diet, there is no need to supplement. But the bad new is that I dread fish this whole pregnancy (din find it so yucky before). So was advised to take this fishy pill once a day, and DaddyNeo is going to enforce that I take them religiously!
This visit is also the time that I have to sign up for the hospital stay package. We have opted for B1 class (4 per room w aircon) and the upfront cash to pay is S$1100. I really pray hard that I will have a smooth short natural delivery. :)

Happy Birthday DaddyNeo & Nosebleed
When i reached college this morning, while talking to Clare, my student, suddenly realised that something wet and warm dripping from my nose - nosebleed. Asked Clare to spare me some tissue while I try to tilt back and hold on to my nostrils, which I later found out that a more effective way of stopping nosebleeds and swallowing blood clots is to actually hold my nostrils while leaning forward.
It turns out that nosebleeds are quite common in pregnancy, just like bleeding gums, all caused by the raging hormones. After 20 mins of pressure, it finally stopped. However, I will still mention it to Dr Han tomorrow when I see him at TPS tomorrow morning for my routine checks. Little Ashley is like kicking quite alot while all that action happened, so it kind of assured me. :) She's such a darling.
Now that I am in third trimester, I am starting to feel really heavy and tired often. This morning, I find so much difficulty in getting up from the bed, and I didn't want to wake DaddyNeo up cos' he'd just had a rough night of rushing report from 12am till 5am. He barely had an hour of sleep when I have to wake up. Anyhow, after trying several positions, I managed to get myself up.

乖宝宝
So last nite, after telling her story, I told her to continue sleeping and no need to wake up so early every morning. She gave a nudge and I praised her. And true enough, this whole morning, she is still sleeping. I am almost done with my cereal, and think she is still dreaming away. :P so sweet.

It's going to be a baby girl!
Yes! The technician doing the 20-wk scan is 80% sure that we're expecting a baby girl! :) Well, most of the time, our baby wasn't in the perfect position to let us examine the crucial part. But after much try, we did not spot anything between the legs, so hence the guess.
The technician also check the organs and growth and everything is normal. And you really have to see it for urself to believe how active our little one is! Keeps turning round and round and kicking around frequently during the scan. Even the tech says "Your baby is really active!"
After today's christmas eve party at home, when mommyneo is resting on the couch, she is virtually kicking non-stop! I think she enjoys the early nite off and the quite ok tasting christmas log cake from Conrad. Hee... Daddyneo is now waiting to tell our little one stories. Hehee...

2 more days to 20-week scan!
2 more days before the 20-wk scan of baobaoneo! So excited. My mom, Neo's parents also coming along. Really not sure if they will be allowed into the scan room (6 persons, including me and baobaoneo :) )
Baobaoneo is really getting active! Actually, after the last scan on 10-Dec-05, I can already feel the movements. Really exciting! Initially, he was really active at night, especially late in the night. A few nites, I remember waking up at 2am and 4am to talk to little fellow.
And since then, DaddyNeo has already bought many storybooks to read during bedtime. (San1 Zi4 Jing1, Cheng2 Yu3 Gu4 Shi4, San1 Shi2 Liu4 Xiao4, etc). Also baobaoneo's favourite food is raisins. Will kick in excitement whenever I eat raisins. Really seems to be able to understand our words at such a tender age!
Once, we ran out of raisins, so lying on the bed, I called DaddyNeo to ask him to buy more mini-pack raisins. After second thought, called him again, and told him "Just in case you buy the non-promotional pack, which is more expensive, I think you better not buy (in Chinese)", and guess what? Little baobaoneo kicked vigourously! Haha, little fellow seems to understand all these??? Thus, I quickly added that it's not that we're not buying, but promised that MummyNeo will buy instead, and right after I said those words, i feel those kicks again!
Finally, I managed to fix up the scanner! So here's the pics of the scans of baobaoneo so far!
